- Start Position
- Place band around base of foot
Hold band tensely, arms extended
Sit with legs straight and long
Spine upright

- Step 1
- Inhale to prepare

- Step 2
- Exhale and pull T-band back, bending elbows alongside body

- Step 3
- Inhale and return to start position
Repeat eight times
